Easy, Fast, Tasty Chicken Quesadillas!

I made my parents some chicken quesadillas for dinner tonight. It's fast, easy, and oh so yummy! A good friend of mine had told me how to make it and I make it often enough when I have leftover rotisserie chicken from costco.
